We already know online stores are an important channel for sales, but exactly how important are they for a business that is both online and offline? We asked this question to Xavier Berneda, CEO of Munich Shoes and a pioneer in online stores. “Online sales account for 20% of our total turnover”  Xavier said during an interview with our CEO, Marius Rossell. Setting up an online store also helped creating a direct point of contact with the client, as well as speeding up the whole logistics chain of the company.
